We’ve made it easier than ever to get your product repaired! Our new Repair Request Packet ensures your request is handled quickly, accurately, and with the least amount of downtime possible.
How to Submit a Repair Request
- Download the Repair Request Packet:
- Fill out all required pages, including:
- The Repair Request Form
- The signed Terms & Conditions form
- Prepare your product for shipping:
- Check the Shipping Requirements pages for what to send and what NOT to send.
- Clean and fully dry the product before shipping.
- Mark your shipment to the attention of Repairs.
- Send us your packet and tracking number:
- Email a completed copy of the packet to repairs@scottaerator.com
- Include your package tracking number in the body of your email.
- Shipping Options:
- You can ship the product yourself (customer pays freight), or—depending on the size and weight—we may be able to arrange pickup at a reduced rate. Call 800-928-3745 to check availability.
