Our Solar Boilermaker Aerator solutions feature a variable-speed, submersible induction Franklin Electric motor that moves up to 300 gallons per minute (in our four-panel model) and up to 200 gallons per minute (in our two-panel model).

Its low-profile design and submersible, solar-powered motor create high-volume water circulation for optimal oxygen transfer. Meanwhile, the Boilermaker’s powerful surface currents quickly eliminate surface algae and floating debris.
Designed for daytime aeration, the unit powers up with sunlight, operates at variable speeds, and shuts down after dark. Its solar PV array panels gradually bring water flow up to capacity in changing sunlight—all without the need for costly, high-maintenance batteries that many solar aerators require. The motor is stainless steel and oil-free, making it exceptionally durable and maintenance-free.
To top it all off, the Boilermaker works effectively as a pond de-icer in winter. Like all Scott Aerator Company water features, it is engineered to eliminate the need for costly, time-consuming winterization procedures. Simply leave your aerator in the water, turn off its power supply, and forget about it until spring thaw. Then, restore power to the unit, and it’s ready to go. This simple-to-install system comes complete with:

- two or four solar panels with frame
- disconnect box
- Fhoton™ drive solar inverter
- all required wiring components.
- You need to supply the vertical pole for the panels and frame, concrete footing for the pole, and two anchor ropes with weights or tethers for the aerator.
