The Boilermaker surface aerator is an improved, high-volume model designed for maximum oxygen transfer and water flow. For smaller ponds, we offer ⅓-, ½-, and ¾-hp motor sizes.
The low-profile design of the Boilermaker creates the high-volume “white boil” effect of highly aerated water with a minimal vertical display. If pond health is your primary consideration, the Boilermaker’s high oxygen transfer rates and large volume of water circulation make it an ideal selection.
The Boilermaker also performs effectively as a pond de-icer during the winter months. Like all Scott Aerator products, it’s built to withstand harsh conditions — no need for complicated or costly winterizing procedures. Simply shut off the power and leave your aerator in place. When spring arrives and the water thaws, restore power and it’s ready to run. Every component is engineered to endure subzero temperatures without damage.
The Boilermaker is manufactured utilizing a stainless-steel, oil-free, submersible motor, making it the most environmentally friendly water aerator on the market. There’s no oil to change, no maintenance required, and no control box needed. Like all Scott Aerator fountains and aerators, the Boilermaker is designer for both fresh and salt water use.

Safety & Compliance: A GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) is required. Always disconnect power when swimmers are present. Each Boilermaker aerator is ARL-tested and fully compliant with UL standards and the National Electric Code when installed as a complete package.
